Our Total Transformation Boot Camp

Our FITT 6-Week Fitness Boot Camp is more than just a fitness boot camp — it’s a complete transformation of your body, mind, and spirit. Designed for real people with real goals, this program combines fun, high-energy fitness classes with a simple meal plan, optional supplements, and personal coaching — all tailored to support your weight loss journey.

Here’s what’s included in your 6-week boot camp:

  • Initial body assessment with our health experts to design a personalized fitness boot camp experience based on your fitness goals and lifestyle

  • Custom meal plan built from our 75+ recipe weight-loss guide, with meal prep tips and optional supplements

  • Unlimited classes per week, with a minimum of 3 recommended, but you are welcome to do more!

    • Select from any of our classes, including:

      • Kickboxing: Burn fat and build confidence with our high-energy kickboxing class, which improves cardio, strength, and mental focus through fun, full-body combinations.

      • Kettlebell: Build total-body strength and endurance with kettlebell training focused on functional power, balance, and muscle tone.

      • Flow: Enhance mobility and flexibility with Animal Flow, a ground-based movement class that reconnects you with natural body control and coordination.

      • Fitt Elements: Maximize results in less time with FITT Elements — a signature fusion of kickboxing, Animal Flow, and kettlebells that targets strength, cardio, and mobility in one class.

  • Weekly check-ins with your coach to review progress, adjust your plan, and keep you motivated

  • Before-and-after photo comparison at the end of the challenge — we’ll celebrate your transformation together!

Boot Camp FAQ’s

  • The programs cost will vary as programs are customizable to best fit your fitness goals. If curious, reach out to us and let’s discus your health needs and find a price that will help you transform into the best version or yourself!

  • Each fitness class is 45 minutes long, and it is required to take at least three classes a week. In addition to consultations and coach check-ins, you can expect to spend up to 3-4 hours a week on average on the boot camp.

  • All you need is athletic clothes, a water bottle, kickboxing gloves, and a willingness to have fun and get in shape! Kickboxing gloves can be purchased at our studio, or you can bring your own!

  • You have the option of following our recommended class structure/ week, which blends together our four classes, or you are able to select one or two of your favorite classes classes and repeat them every week. All our classes are designed to have a full body work out, with each different class having an emphasis on a desired fitness goal.
