Our fat-burning, strength, and mobility classes
Our classes are for everyone. Whether you’re just starting or returning for more, our classes offer the perfect balance of support and challenge. Classes are designed to offer a full-body functional workout, with each class emphasizing a key fitness goal. All classes run for approximately 45 minutes. You can join energizing group classes with Fit Theorem community members, or choose focused one-on-one sessions just for you.

Kickboxing Classes

Kickboxing, our most popular class, is a high-intensity workout that blends elements of boxing and martial arts, including Muay Thai and karate. Using a mix of punching and kicking techniques, it delivers a dynamic full-body workout. Kickboxing is known to boost cardiovascular fitness, build muscle strength and balance, increase flexibility, and enhance mental well-being — all while helping you burn calories and feel empowered with every session. Kettlebell Classes

Kettlebell classes incorporate resistance training and dynamic movements with kettlebells. Resistance training sends a stronger signal to the body to build muscle and strength. Low-impact kettlebell exercises are practical for developing the posterior chain, grip strength, posture, and dynamic core stability.
Flow Classes
Best exercises for improving mobility, flexibility, and core strength
Flow classes are based on quadruped animal locomotion patterns. Through the combination of various body weight disciplines, these flow movements help participants develop better mobility, flexibility, balance, core stability, and overall control over their body weight.

The full-body workout classes offer a new and exciting fitness experience that combines a variety of movements from our different types of training classes. These styles are based on the four needs of a healthy body: flow for mobility and total body coordination, kickboxing to burn fat and break through mental performance barriers, building confidence, and kettlebell training to develop total body strength and muscular endurance.
