At Fit Theorem, we’re your one-stop shop for a full-body transformation — mind, body, and spirit. Our fitness studio in Edmonton offers high-energy group fitness classes, including kickboxing, kettlebell training, animal flow, and our signature FITT Elements class, which combines all three for maximum impact. Each workout is backed by science and designed to deliver powerful results in less time — all while maintaining a fun, supportive, and empowering atmosphere.

Our Fitness Classes

Kickboxing Classes

Our beginner-friendly kickboxing classes use standing heavy bags to teach punch and kick combinations in a supportive, high-energy setting. Each class delivers a full-body workout that helps you develop power through proper technique, while improving coordination, balance, strength, and speed through dynamic rotational movements.

Kettlebell Exercises

Our kettlebell classes incorporate resistance training with dynamic movements using kettlebells. Resistance training sends a stronger signal to the body to build muscle and strength. Kettlebell exercises are very effective for developing the posterior chain, grip strength, posture, and dynamic core stability.

Flow Classes

Our flow classes are based on quadrupedal animal locomotion patterns. Through the combination of various body weight disciplines, these flow movements help you develop better mobility, flexibility, balance, core stability, and overall control over your body weight.

FITT Elements

The FITT ELEMENTS class combines kickboxing classes for self-defense skills and owning your power, kettlebell classes to develop total body strength and muscular endurance, and flow classes for mobility and total body coordination. By combining all elements, we achieve a complete functional full-body workout.
